Our purpose is to facilitate authentic partnerships that are always mindful of the power that social media holds and the responsibility that comes with being a positive influence in our digital world today.
Since launching GSWL Talent in June 2024 we have built an exclusive roster of incredible creators, working with brands to create engaging and high quality content for campaigns, our non-exclusive roster holds over 100 creators and is expanding by the day!

Lily Herridge-Baker
CEO & FOUNDER OF GSWL
11 years ago, I filmed my first ever YouTube video following my interest for content creation. This led to my career in social media.
At 15 I was running businesses social media pages and the results were just skyrocketing, this is what made me realise that this was the job I wanted to fulfil. I researched more into Social Media Marketing and decided that 'I can do that'.
So, I read the books, joined the courses, sat through endless masterclasses, listened to every podcast under the sun and watched as many YouTube videos and TikTok's that I could find. I originally started out in Social Media Management until I found my real passion for Influencer Marketing in June 2024!
Fast forward 3 years, I now own a business doing what I love!
